Dos nossos visitantes, “estrangeiros” recebemos o pedido de publicação para anunciar, uma prova de BTT que se vai realizar no Reino Unido “UK” que se intitula Kielder 100. E como nesta prova está incluída uma categoria Singlespeed, cá fica a noticia.
Portanto se quiserem visitar, o norte de Inglaterra e sul da Escócia, no principio de setembro a melhor maneira que têem de o fazer, é em bicicleta!
E a avaliar pela paisagem, deve ser uma prova fantástica.

Montane Kielder 100 – One lap, one rider, one adventure, one hundred miles

This is an epic mountain bike race for those who are truly adventurous and enjoy pushing themselves to the limit. On Saturday 5th September you could be part of the ultra marathon mtb event that is set to raise the bar in UK marathon racing. This will be the UK’s first ever full fat 100 mile, single lap, off-road mountain bike race. Yep, you heard right, 100 hundred solid, individual miles, none of your lightweight European kilometres, and none of this going round in ever decreasing circles. This is a one lap race that crosses the border between England and Scotland based in the stunning Newcastleton Forest and Kielder Water & Forest Park utilizing all the best bits of manmade and 7Stanes trails.
